This page explains what data this site collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can have it deleted. The data controller is B.SOUFONE, reachable at theclub@tink360.com. French and Arabic versions are available: français · العربية.

1. Data we collect

When you fill in the THE CLUB registration form, you voluntarily send us:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your WhatsApp number
• Your city
• The offer you are interested in
• Your situation: online activity, experience level, goal
• How you heard about us

Automatically, we also record the technical source of your visit: UTM parameters, advertising identifiers (fbclid, ttclid, gclid) and the referring page. This is used only to know which campaigns work.

2. Why we use it

• To contact you and arrange the selection call, and to send you information about THE CLUB
• To send emails related to your registration and the programme
• To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns
• To improve the site and the offer

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with the pre-contractual steps you request.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell any data. We use the following processors, each for a specific purpose:

Some of these processors are located outside Canada and the European Union, in particular in the United States. Your data may therefore be processed there.

4. Meta Pixel and measurement technologies

This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. They allow us to know how many people who came from an advertisement filled in the form, and to avoid counting the same action twice. Information sent to Meta may include your email address and phone number in hashed form, meaning converted into a string of characters that does not directly identify you.

You can limit this tracking from the advertising settings of your Facebook or Instagram account, or from your browser settings.

5. How long we keep it

Your data is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a member of THE CLUB, it is kept for the duration of the programme and for three years afterwards, to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

6. Your rights

At any time you may ask to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. Simply write to theclub@tink360.com. We reply within thirty days.

Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

7. Legal framework

We apply Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25, and the General Data Protection Regulation where you reside in the European Union. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the data protection authority in your country.
